Commission TOS Guidelines

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.

Terms of Service
∙ You understand and accept that if you break the terms of service, legal action will be taken.
∙ You understand and accept that all our interactions will be documented.Queue Number Policy
∙ I have the right to finish commissions out of queue number line, and will occasionally do so for a variety of reasons.
∙ I have the right to take up to 2 months to complete your commission.
∙ You must respond to the sketch check within a reasonable amount of time, if you do not respond within that time i will go ahead and finish the piece based off of the sketch.Payments & Refunds
∙ NO REFUNDS.
∙ All transactions MUST use $USD and will be done through PayPal.
∙ I will send you an invoice that you must pay within 48 hours or else your commission slot might be given to someone else.
∙ I will need payment before I start the drawing. If you need a payment plan, please reach out to me so we can create an agreement.
∙ For YCH commissions I do not offer payment plans or payments of half before, half after.
∙ Prices for each of my YCH fluctuate due to sales. If you paid more for one of my YCHs and see it being advertised for less later, please do not ask for a refund, discount, or any additional compensation.
∙ I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. This process can take 15-30 days, not including bank processing time. This will not include processing fees.
∙ If an order is cancelled for any reasons, I reserve the right to resell and repurpose any of the work done for you.
∙ Commercial rights are to be discussed and are not included within a base commission.Image Rights & Posting
∙ The rights to all of my art belong to NotABoxOfBees.
∙ All commissions are for personal use only. The client is free to use or upload the artwork in any way they wish. If you intend to use any of my work for commercial use, please consult me ahead of time so we can work out an agreement.
∙ I retain the right to all of my commissioned pieces and may use them in my public galleries for examples or commercial purposes.
∙ By commissioning me you accept that I will post or stream your commission to any of my social media unless discussed BEFORE payment was received.
∙ The client may not claim my commission as their own work or that it was created by anyone else.
∙ Credit to the artist must be visible and obvious every time when used.
∙ You are not allowed to upload any of my art onto any NFT or AI websites, platforms, or anything involved with mentioned things.
∙ No art is to be used commercially or to be resold in any way shape or form. You are not allowed to use the commission for profit (Selling keychains, merch, game dev, etc..) UNLESS, royalties are discussed.YCH Specifics
∙ You understand that because this is art that is heavily discounted that some YCH assets may be reused from or for your commission.Raffle Specifics
∙ You are NOT allowed to edit the image in any way. No removing/changing the background. No removing the watermark. No recoloring. Etc. Unless specifics are discussed with me.
∙ You are only allowed to use free art from me for as long as you follow me on the original social media platform where we spoke. You are not allowed to use free art from me if you have unfollowed me.
∙ I have the right to revoke your eligibility for the free raffle prize at any time for any reason. (Rude attitude, rushing, too demanding, etc.)Character Reference
∙ I need some sort of reference to be able to make your commission. Any type of drawing will be fine, even if it's not polished. If your character reference doesn't have colors, please give me reference colors for each part of them.Process & Timeline
∙ If you're commissioning a gift for a holiday or birthday, please tell me ahead of time to see if I can accommodate you.NSFW Specifics
∙ I will NOT draw gore or depict high amounts of pain.
∙ Do NOT ask for NSFW artwork of underaged people or characters. I will NOT draw NSFW of underaged characters. No people that look like children regardless of age. Characters depicted as doing anything infantilizing are NOT accepted. Small characters in school settings are NOT accepted.
∙ Small/flat chest art of adults is okay. Short is okay. Small furry species are okay as long as they are not depicted doing anything childish and as long as they are obviously adults.
